CCA AFFILIATION

A distinguishing factor that sets the CCA apart from other coaching organisations is the manner by which we embrace the reality that being a coach is a transformational process. Therefore, if follows that it is only natural that we recognise past training, education, and life experience, and assess mastery via display of competence. All affiliated coaches must have completed a training program that aligns with the competencies as agreed upon my most professional coaching organizations.

The mission of the CCA is to continue to establish the foundation as a fully independent certification body that is affiliated with reputable schools of coach training institutions and organisations. Our objective has been to develop a tool for assessing noble coaching training that focuses on outstanding coaching skills and abilities that can be observed and assessed by our certifying executive.

The CCA was created by a multinational team of coaches with the goal of producing clear criteria and metrics for what constitutes the greatest quality of coaching that can be understood in any culture worldwide.

Our aim is to motivate the continuous growth and use of global coaching standards.

This, however, does not occur in a vacuum. Coaching standards grow and are implemented by great coaches who collaborate. Coaches who share client experiences, brilliant ideas, valuable lessons gained, and useful resources. Coaches cooperate on innovative methods to elevate the field of coaching to a higher degree of value, ethics, and professionalism.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Level ONE - Individual Affiliation
The CCA welcomes individuals who take a general interest in the coaching profession at this level. This membership is also suitable if you aide and/or enable services related to coaching such as offering Coaching Tools, Coaching Software or Psychometric Tools. Access to membership benefits are limited.

Level TWO - Professional Coach Affiliation
The CCA welcomes individuals who have been professionally trained by a recognized coaching program provider and performs individual and/or group coaching in either private practice or in a workplace setting. Members at this level must align to the CCA Professional Code of Ethics and Standards.

Level THREE - Training Provider Affiliation

Coach training providers gain a competitive advantage through the CCA program accreditation process. The CCA is regarded as one of the market leaders in initial and continuing coach training. Your program will gain unquestionable credibility from CCA accreditation, as well as the ability to reach a larger community of training prospects. Members at this level must align to the CCA Professional Code of Ethics and Standards.
