AC Victoria – Community of Practice

Through facilitated dialogue, deep listening, and reflective inquiry, participants co-create insights that draw on diverse perspectives, knowledge and experiences. The environment is designed to be collaborative, confidential, and grounded in mutual respect, enabling honest exploration and meaningful connection. What you will learn

With light touch facilitation, the group decides the topics to explore and discuss within each session. A Community of Practice aims to foster an emergent process of shared learning through collective dialogue within the group, harnessing the knowledge and experience in the room. It is not designed to be professional or peer Supervision.
